Return After Completion. The Construction Manager, unless prohibited by law, within 10 Days after completion of services for a third party on real or personal property owned or leased by the City, will promptly deliver, as set forth in this Section, a copy of all data to the City. All data will continue to be subject to the confidentiality requirements of this Agreement.
