Common use of Retroactive Coverage Clause in Contracts

Retroactive Coverage. Applicants may pay for MinnesotaCare coverage for health care services received prior to the usual coverage start date described in (c)and (d) above. Retroactive coverage begins the first day of the calendar month for which the enrollee requests and pays for up to 3 months of retroactive coverage, after meeting the following requirements:
