Retransfer Consideration Clause Samples
The Retransfer Consideration clause defines the payment or compensation required when an asset or right is transferred back to its original owner or another designated party. In practice, this clause specifies the amount, method, and timing of such payment, often detailing how the value is calculated or adjusted based on prior agreements or market conditions. Its core function is to ensure that both parties understand the financial terms governing the retransfer, thereby preventing disputes and providing clarity on obligations if a retransfer occurs.
