RETIRING Sample Clauses
The RETIRING clause outlines the terms and procedures for an individual or entity to formally withdraw or step down from a position, role, or contractual obligation. Typically, this clause specifies the notice period required, any documentation or formalities to be completed, and the effective date of retirement. For example, it may require a written notice to be submitted a certain number of days in advance. The core function of this clause is to ensure a smooth and orderly transition by providing clear guidelines for retirement, thereby minimizing disruption and uncertainty for all parties involved.
