Common use of Retiree Benefit Program Clause in Contracts

Retiree Benefit Program. An employee who retires and is in receipt of a non-actuarily reduced pension shall be entitled to the benefits of Article 24, Clause 24:06 until age 65 and the premium costs of such plans shall be borne by the Employer.
