Common use of Retention of Written Communications Clause in Contracts

Retention of Written Communications. The Security Registrar shall retain in accordance with its normal trust procedures and the requirements of law copies of all letters, notices and other written communications received pursuant to Section 201, Section 204 or this Section 305. The Company shall have the right to inspect and make copies of all such letters, notices or other written communications at any reasonable time during normal business hours upon the giving of reasonable prior written notice to the Security Registrar.
