Retention of Records: Inspections and Audits. The A/E shall maintain books, records, documents and other evidence directly pertinent to performance under the Agreement in accordance with generally accepted professional practice and appropriate accounting procedures and practices consistently applied in effect on the date of execution of the Agreement.
