Common use of Retention of Personal Information Clause in Contracts

Retention of Personal Information. C10.1 The Supplier shall only retain the Personal Information until the earlier of: (a) completion or termination of the Agreement; and (b) receipt of a direction in writing from EDC to return or, at EDC’s option, destroy, the Personal Information, at which time the Supplier will immediately return or destroy, as applicable, all Personal Information including all copies thereof, whether in paper or electronic form. If the Personal Information is destroyed at the direction of EDC, the Supplier will provide EDC, upon request with written confirmation of such destruction.
