Common use of Retention of Encore Operating Clause in Contracts

Retention of Encore Operating. The Partnership hereby engages Encore Operating to perform the Services, as directed by the General Partner, and to provide all personnel and any facilities, goods and equipment not otherwise provided by the Partnership Group necessary to perform the Services. Encore Operating hereby accepts such engagement and agrees to perform the Services requested by the General Partner and to provide any personnel, facilities, goods and equipment not otherwise provided by the Partnership Group, and to provide all employees as may be reasonable and necessary to perform the Services.
