RETENDERING AND HANDOVER. 24.1 Within 30 days of being requested by the DFE, the Contractor shall provide, and thereafter keep updated, in a fully indexed and catalogued format, all the information reasonably necessary to enable the DFE to issue tender documents for the future provision of replacement services.
