Retainer Pay Sample Clauses

Retainer Pay. If for any reason your employer does not require your services temporarily, you will receive half pay for up to 4 weeks for each period of time you are not required, provided you have been in the post for at least 3 calendar months. This arrangement may apply for up to 8 weeks in total in any year (1 April to 31 March). Your employer should try to give the maximum notice possible of any periods you will not be required.
