RETAIN KEYS. To retain at all times and to use in appropriate instances keys to all doors within and into the Premises. No locks shall be changed without the prior written consent of Lessor. This provision shall not apply to Lessee's safes, or other areas maintained by Lessee for the safety and security of monies, securities, negotiable instruments or similar items, or proprietary or confidential information.

This provision shall not apply to Tenant's safes, or other areas maintained by Tenant for the safety and security of monies, securities, negotiable instruments, classified materials or similar items. To the extent reasonably possible, (i) Landlord shall give Tenant notice prior to entering the Premises, and (ii) Landlord's entry shall be during normal business hours, and Landlord shall be accompanied by a representative of Tenant at all times.

No locks will be changed without the prior written consent of Harmony, and keys to any and all new locks will be immediately delivered to Harmony. This provision will not apply to Sequel’s safes, or other cabinets maintained by Sequel for the safety and security of personal property and confidential materials.
