Retail Program. Affiliate may purchase prepaid software cards from Vivid-Pix or distributor. Affiliate will sell the card to the customer. Vivid-Pix will Activate the software through the Web Site. Affiliate establishes retail price and sells prepaid software license. Consumer downloads software from Vivid-Pix. During promotional periods, Affiliate agrees to market software above MAP Prices: LAND & SEA SCUBA $39.99, RESTORE $39.99.
Retail Program. Agencies participating in FNEFL Retail Direct Pick-up Program agree to abide by the rules, regulations, and guidelines at all times set forth by FNEFL’s Retail Alliance Agreement.
Retail Program. (i) Select Comfort shall complete a Sales Slip for each Purchase and imprint or write the Accountholder's name and Account number on the Sales Slip.
(ii) Select Comfort shall obtain the Accountholder's signature on the Sales Slip once all of the Purchase information is complete. If the Accountholder does not have his/her Credit Card, the signature on the Sales Slip must be reasonably similar to the signature on one form of identification, one with a photograph, provided by the Accountholder. A valid driver's license, military or state identification is required as identification. Select Comfort warrants the identity of the Accountholder in all cases. The only recourse regarding this warranty of identity shall be Chargebacks under Section 5.
(iii) Select Comfort shall obtain prior authorization for all Purchases and record the authorization code on the Sales Slip. Authorization may be obtained electronically through the Vision 21 System or by contacting Green Tree at a designated telephone number established for the purpose of issuing authorization under the Program.
Retail Program. Everytable shall provide retail products at the Premises and at such other locations as District and Everytable shall mutually agree.
