Retail Opening Hours. The Host City shall ensure that all bars, restaurants and shops situated within the Host City are granted licences (i) for late night opening, at a minimum, on each Match Day; and (ii) to trade or operate without any opening time restrictions applicable, at a minimum, on such Match Days in the event that a Match is played on a restricted trading day.
