Common use of Resupply of Services Clause in Contracts

Resupply of Services. Subject to clauses 20.2, 20.3 and our ACL Liability, our liability (including in negligence), and that of our Related Bodies Corporate, for any loss or damage arising out of or otherwise in connection with this Agreement or the provision of the Services or Equipment, including for any breach of any term, condition, warranty or under any remedy implied by Law (which cannot be excluded), will be limited at our option to any one or more of the following:

Resupply of Services.
