Resumption of Benefits; Restoration of Accounts. In the event the Trustee ceases making distributions by reason of Subsection 17.1, the Trustee shall resume making distributions pursuant to Sections 4, 8, or 13 of this Agreement only after the Trustee has determined that the Company is no longer insolvent or upon receipt of an order of a court of competent jurisdiction requiring such distributions. In making any determination under this Section, the Trustee may rely upon a certificate of the Board of Directors and the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
