Results Set Sample Clauses
The Results Set clause defines the collection of data, records, or outputs generated as a result of performing a specific process, query, or transaction under the agreement. For example, it might detail which data fields are included in a report or which records are returned from a database search. Its core function is to ensure both parties have a clear, mutual understanding of what information or deliverables are being produced and exchanged, thereby reducing ambiguity and potential disputes over the scope of results.
