Results Set Clause Examples for Any Agreement

The Results Set clause defines the collection of data, records, or outputs generated as a result of performing a specific process, query, or transaction under the agreement. In practice, this clause specifies what constitutes the results, how they are compiled, and may outline the format or criteria for inclusion in the set. For example, it might detail which data fields are included in a report or which records are returned from a database search. Its core function is to ensure both parties have a clear, mutual understanding of what information or deliverables are being produced and exchanged, thereby reducing ambiguity and potential disputes over the scope of results.
