Common use of Result Reporting Clause in Contracts

Result Reporting. Each Party shall keep the other Party apprised at each quarterly JSC meeting of all Results [***] generated by such Party from its activities performed under the Target Discovery Program, Target Validation Program or Compound Discovery Program, to the extent applicable, including preparing quarterly written reports to summarize the work performed by a Party, setting forth, among other things, any material results and material raw data therefor. Each Party shall maintain customary written (or electronic) records for the work performed by such Party under the Collaboration. Upon the completion of particular activities under any Project Plan, the Parties shall jointly prepare a written report to summarize the work performed and the results and findings from the applicable activities.
