Result of Effective Waiver. In the event of an effective waiver of the QJSA payment option, in accordance with the terms of subsection (b) of this Section, the amount payable to the married Retired or Disabled Participant (or to the Beneficiary of a Deceased Participant) shall be distributed by the Trustees or their delegate under such of the alternate payment options set forth in Section 8.5 as the Participant or his legal representative may select.
