Common use of RESTRICTIVE USES Clause in Contracts

RESTRICTIVE USES. Mortgagor will not initiate, join in, or consent to any change in the current use of the Mortgaged Property or in any zoning ordinance, private restrictive covenant, assessment proceedings or other public or private restriction limiting or restricting the uses that may be made of the Mortgaged Property or any part thereof or in any way change the boundaries of the Mortgaged Property without the prior written consent of Mortgagee, which may be given or withheld in the sole and absolute discretion of the Mortgagee.
