Restrictive Modification Clause Samples
A Restrictive Modification clause limits the ability of one or both parties to alter, amend, or modify the terms of an agreement without meeting specific conditions. Typically, this clause requires that any changes to the contract be made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of all parties involved. By enforcing a formal process for modifications, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings or unauthorized changes, ensuring that all parties are aware of and consent to any adjustments to their obligations or rights.
