All activities will be based upon publicly available information and any resulting information will be published and shared broadly in the scientific community.” It is the responsibility of the agreement initiator (faculty/staff sponsor) to inform in writing all faculty, staff, and students (graduate or undergraduate) involved in this work/linkage agreement of the possibility of export control implications and the restrictions associated with this project.
