Restrictions on Transfer or Exchange of Global Preference Warrants. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Agreement (other than the provisions set forth in subsection (f) of this Section 1.06), a Global Preference Warrant may not be transferred or exchanged as a whole except by the Depositary to a nominee of the Depositary; by a nominee of the Depositary to the Depositary or another nominee of the Depositary; or by the Depositary or any such nominee to a successor Depositary or a nominee of such successor Depositary.
