Restrictions on Right to Practise. If the Lawyer ceases to hold a current practising certificate during the term of this Agreement or if, as a consequence of disciplinary proceedings taken against the Lawyer, he or she is prevented from practising as a legal practitioner, the Lawyer will immediately notify Legal Aid NSW in writing and will cease to provide legal services in all matters.
