Restrictions on Business Personnel. NGC undertakes to each of the other Parties that, having regard to the activities in which any Business Person is engaged and the nature and effective life of the Protected Information divulged to him by virtue of such activities, neither NGC nor any of its subsidiaries shall unreasonably continue (taking into account any industrial relations concerns reasonably held by it) to divulge Protected Information or permit Protected Information to be divulged by any subsidiary of NGC to any Business Person:
