Restrictions on Bank Sales. The General Agent shall not, without the prior written consent of Equitable in each instance, offer or attempt to offer any Product nor solicit any Application for any Product (i) by means of personal, telephone, mail or other oral or written contacts originating from the premises of a bank, trust company, savings bank, savings and loan association, thrift, credit union or similar institution or (ii) to persons referred to them by any such institution or through any customer lists, mailings, employee referrals or any other sources of any such institution.
