RESTRICTIONS AS TO USER, ADDITION & ALTERATION. (i) That Allottee agrees that the said Duplex can be used only for residential purpose. (ii) That Allottee agree that you shall after possession, use the said Duplex, only for the residential purposes and will not use it illegal or unlawful purposes, (iii) That the allottee shall after possession use the Duplex or give it on rent or lease or sub- lease, only for the purposes for which its use is restricted i.e. to say that, the residential Duplex can be used or let out only for residential purposes.
