RESTRICTIONS AS TO USER, ADDITION & ALTERATION. (i) That Allottee agrees that the said Apartment/Pent Houses can be used only for residential purpose. (ii) That Allottee agree that you shall after possession, use the said Apartment/Pent Houses, only for the residential purposes and will not use it illegal or unlawful purposes, (iii) That the allottee shall after possession use the Apartment/Pent Houses or give it on rent or lease or sub-lease, only for the purposes for which its use is restricted i.e. to say that, the residential Apartment/Pent Houses can be used or let out only for residential purposes.
