Restricted. When the CSU imposes mandatory restrictions on an employee’s alcohol use or his or her geographical location while on-call other than being available to report for work fit for duty and in a timely manner, the entire period of continuous on- call time while under such restrictions shall be considered as: 1. For non-exempt employees, a compensable part of the “workday” within the meaning of Article 28.4 and 28.5, the “shift(s)” within the meaning of Article 28.6, and “time worked” within the meaning of Article 28.15; and 2. For exempt employees, “hours worked” within the meaning of Article 28.27.
