Restricted Roads Clause Samples

The 'Restricted Roads' clause defines specific roads or types of roads where certain activities, such as vehicle operation or delivery, are limited or prohibited under the agreement. Typically, this clause lists particular streets, highways, or zones where access is restricted due to safety, regulatory, or contractual reasons, and may require parties to avoid these areas or obtain special permissions before use. Its core function is to ensure compliance with legal or safety requirements and to minimize risk by preventing unauthorized or unsafe use of designated roadways.
