Restricted Products/Services. Products or services that compete with (i) the products or services that were sold, provided, or offered for sale by the Company or any of its Affiliates within the continental United States within the Relevant Period, or (ii) the products or services that were sold, provided, or offered for sale by the Company or any of its Affiliates in any country of the world, within the Relevant Period; and (iii) products or services that were the subject of documented research, development, or pre-production efforts by the Company or any of its Affiliates, within the Relevant Period and, in each case, regarding which the Executive had knowledge of Protected Information or Trade Secrets or personal involvement in customer relationships ("Other Restricted Products/Services").
