Restricted Period; Vesting. Subject to the provisions of this Equity Award Agreement including, without limitation, the following provisions of this Section 3(c), the total number of shares of Restricted Stock subject to this Equity Award Agreement shall vest, and the restrictions imposed thereon shall lapse, in accordance with the following schedule:
