Common use of Restricted Actions Clause in Contracts

Restricted Actions. Unless specifically provided in this Agreement and without limiting the generality of Section 10.1.1, the Seller shall not, and the Seller shall procure that Company will not, without the prior written consent of the Buyer do or agree to do any of the following from the date of this Agreement through to the Closing Date:
