Restricted Access Granted. In exchange for my agreement not to disclose or use Confidential Information, except as required in performing my duties for the Company Entities, and for the non-solicitation covenants, and the other promises provided herein, the Company agrees to grant me access to Confidential Information, and to facilitate access to any other Company Entity Confidential Information, that is required to fulfill the duties of my position. I agree that the Company has no pre-existing obligation to reveal Confidential Information.
