Restaurant Closing Sample Clauses

Restaurant Closing. Seller shall close and de-identify its Applebee's restaurant in Wheaton, Illinois, at or prior to Closing. From the date hereof until thirty (30) days after the Closing Date, Purchaser shall have the option to purchase any signage, equipment or assets which Seller desires to sell from such location at its fair market value, as determined by mutual agreement of the parties or by an appraiser mutually selected by Seller and Purchaser, by notifying Seller of its desire to purchase within three business days after Seller notifies Purchaser of its intention to sell such assets.
