Rest Provisions Clause Samples
Rest provisions are contractual terms that specify the rights and requirements for employees or parties to take breaks or periods of rest during work or service. These provisions typically outline the minimum duration and frequency of rest periods, such as lunch breaks or short pauses during a work shift, and may set conditions under which rest can be taken or must be provided. By clearly defining rest entitlements, rest provisions help ensure compliance with labor laws, promote health and safety, and prevent disputes over break times.
