Responsive Knowledgeable Staff Clause Samples
The 'Responsive Knowledgeable Staff' clause requires that the service provider ensures its personnel are both well-informed about the services offered and readily available to address client inquiries or issues. In practice, this means the provider must maintain a team with sufficient expertise and training, and establish processes for timely responses to customer requests, such as dedicated support lines or help desks. This clause is designed to guarantee a high standard of customer support, minimizing delays and misunderstandings, and ensuring that clients receive accurate and helpful assistance when needed.
Responsive Knowledgeable Staff. The Participant shall ensure that its relevant personnel are knowledgeable with the Energy Efficiency Resources, M&V Plan, EE Auction Pilot M&V Procedures and are available to and cooperate with the IESO. The Participant shall, within ten (10) Business Days of a request, provide the IESO with any reasonably requested data and information should the IESO require clarification from the Participant related to any Program Deliverables or information required under this Agreement.
Responsive Knowledgeable Staff. The Participant shall ensure that its relevant personnel are available to and cooperate with the IESO and its third party service providers in respect of the Program. The Participant shall, within ten (10) Business Days of a request by the IESO or any of its third party service providers, provide the IESO or such third party service provider, as the case may be, with:
(a) any reasonably requested data and information should the IESO or such third party service provider require clarification from the Participant in relation to any Program Deliverables or information required under this Agreement; and
(b) reasonable access to the Facilities and other related buildings as the case may be, in order for the IESO or such third party service provider to confirm the information provided in the Participant Reports and/or to substantiate the installation of eligible Energy Conservation Measures.

The Participant shall, within ten (10) Business Days of a request by the IESO or the Technical Reviewer, provide the IESO or the Technical Reviewer, as the case may be, with:
(a) any reasonably requested data and information should the IESO or the Technical Reviewer require clarification from the Participant in relation to any Program Deliverables or information required under this Agreement; and
(b) reasonable access to the Facilities and other related buildings as the case may be, in order for the Technical Reviewer to confirm the information provided in the M&V Reports and/or to substantiate the installation of eligible Measures.
