Responsible Individual. The Responsible Individual (“Responsible Individual”) signing this Agreement on behalf of the Recipient shall be the primary point of contact for all matters concerning this Agreement. In the event the Responsible Individual is replaced, within 10 calendar days of such replacement, the Recipient shall notify in writing the IC issuing this Agreement of the name of the new Responsible Individual. The rights and responsibilities of a Responsible Individual shall include all those of an Authorized User.
