Responsible Administrator. Grantee’s performance hereunder shall be under the direct supervision of ▇▇▇▇ Small, County Finance Director (▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇), an employee or agent of Grantee, who is hereby designated as the responsible administrator of this project.
