Common use of Responsibility of Supplier Clause in Contracts

Responsibility of Supplier. Supplier shall be solely and fully liable and responsible for the use of, and shall fully and timely pay all royalties, fees and other payments with respect to, all Intellectual Property Rights, licenses and rights of whatever type, manufactured, used, implemented or employed in the design, production, completion, use or operation of the R350HT Rails and Works and/or Software and documentation by Supplier or ISR.

Responsibility of Supplier. Supplier shall be solely and fully liable and responsible for the use of, and shall fully and timely pay all royalties, fees and other payments with respect to, all Intellectual Property Rights, licenses and rights of whatever type, manufactured, used, implemented or employed in the design, production, completion, use or operation of the R350HT Rails BRM and Works and/or Software and documentation by Supplier or ISR.
