Responsibility for Pledged Collateral. Lender shall not have a duty to fix or preserve rights against prior parties to the Pledged Collateral, and shall never be liable for its failure to use diligence to collect any amount payable with respect to the Pledged Collateral, but shall be liable only to the account of Pledgor for what Lender may actually collect or receive thereon.
