Responsibility for Permits. Design Builder shall secure, and pay for, all permits, approvals, government fees, licenses, and inspections necessary for the proper execution and performance of the Work. Design Builder shall deliver to Authority all original licenses, permits, and approvals obtained by Design Builder in connection with the Work prior to the final payment or upon termination of the Contract, whichever is earlier.
Responsibility for Permits. Except for Commission Approvals required to be obtained by IMEA or IMPA, the Companies shall be responsible for obtaining all environmental, land use and other licenses, permits and approvals for construction and operation of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County Unit 2 Project. IMPA shall be responsible for obtaining any Commission Approvals or other approvals of Governmental Authorities applicable to its ownership or participation in the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County Unit 2 Project or the execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement by IMPA.
