Responsibility for Calculation Clause Samples

The "Responsibility for Calculation" clause assigns the duty of performing specific calculations under the agreement to a designated party. This may involve determining amounts payable, interest accruals, or other financial metrics relevant to the contract, often requiring the responsible party to use agreed-upon formulas or methodologies. By clearly identifying who is accountable for these calculations, the clause helps prevent disputes and ensures accuracy and transparency in the execution of contractual obligations.
