Responsibility During Testing. The ORMECO, Inc. whenever capable, shall ensure that there is made available to WINNING BIDDER for any testing of the Power Station or ancillary equipment, start-up electricity in sufficient quantity to conduct such testing, the cost of which shall be for the account of WINNING BIDDER.
