Response to Statement Objection. If Appointed Agent delivers a Statement Objection in accordance with Section 2.5(a), then Buyer shall have 30 days to review and respond to the Statement Objection by delivering written notice to Appointed Agent specifying in reasonable detail the scope of its disagreement with the information set forth in it (the “Response Statement”).
