Common use of Response Goal Clause in Contracts

Response Goal. For the purposes of this section, a “Response Goal” will mean the time in which the TSE commences attempting to resolve the Errors specified in the Support Ticket. Response Goals are based on Minerva’s ability to remotely access the System and do not apply if Customer cannot, or will not, allow remote access to its System installation. It is not Minerva’s policy to release targets or goals for Error resolution.
