Common use of Resource Order Clause in Contracts

Resource Order. The form used by the State to obtain and document the Resource Provider’s Services for an Incident assignment. Resource Provider – The person or company who possesses or controls the use of the personnel and equipment, as well as who provides Resources under the terms of this Agreement. The Resource Provider is not an agent, employee, or officer of the State. Season – For the purpose of firefighting experience, this means a period of time indeterminate of length, during the same calendar year or longer, which consists of at least 15 Operational Periods or more on any type (1 through 5) Incident. Self-Sufficient – To supply one’s own needs on an Incident assignment, without State assistance.
