RESOURCE CAPACITY Sample Clauses
The RESOURCE CAPACITY clause defines the obligations and limitations regarding the amount and type of resources a party must provide under the agreement. Typically, it specifies the minimum levels of personnel, equipment, or other assets that must be available to fulfill contractual duties, and may outline procedures for adjusting resource levels in response to changing project needs. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of resource commitments, helping to prevent disputes over insufficient staffing or support and ensuring the project can proceed efficiently.
