Resolution by the Parties. In the event of any claims, disputes or other controversies between the Parties arising out of or relating to this Agreement or any of the Services (collectively, “Disputes”), the Parties may attempt to resolve any such Disputes by negotiation between executives who have authority to settle the Dispute. A Party may give the other Party written notice of a Dispute which has not been resolved in the normal course of business.
