Common use of Resignation Severance Clause in Contracts

Resignation Severance. If the City Manager resigns his/her employment following notice from the City Clerk that the City Council will be considering terminating the City Manager’s employment without cause at a duly authorized public meeting, he/she shall be entitled to recover Severance Pay.
